One of the biggest turning points in my career was stepping into social media marketing with
Take Stock in Children. Working with a nonprofit showed me how powerful storytelling can be
when it comes to inspiring people to act. Every post mattered because it had the potential to
bring resources and support to students who needed it most. That experience grounded me in
the idea that marketing isn’t just about clicks it’s about creating connections that lead to real
change.
From there, my career accelerated when I became marketing lead at Cantina AI. This was the
moment everything shifted for me. Collaborating with leaders like Sean Parker, who helped
pioneer Facebook, taught me what it means to think bigger about content, community, and
growth. At Cantina, I wasn’t just creating social posts I was leading campaigns where
AI-powered content met creativity.
The results gave me the confidence that I could not only keep up in this industry but thrive in it.
Producing over 10 viral videos with more than 10 million views and 300,000 shares proved
that my instincts and humor could connect with massive audiences. It also showed me that
great marketing blends strategy with personality the best campaigns work because they feel
authentic, not forced.
That realization is why I decided to pursue further studies: to sharpen my skills, open new
opportunities, and keep building on this momentum. If there’s one tip I’d pass on to anyone, it’s
this: trust your own voice. Your humor, perspective, and creativity are more than enough when
paired with smart strategy. Lean into that, test what works, and let the results fuel your next
move.
For me, the real turning point wasn’t just producing content that went viral. It was recognizing
that I already had what it takes to do this at the highest level. And now, every campaign is
another chance to prove that.
